Transact eAccounts is connected to your 天美传媒 OneCard and Shop Dollars account. Students can use Shop Dollars to pay for laundry by swiping their OneCard at the machine.

Add Funds to eAccount:

Download the Transact App

Once you access Transact, complete the quick registration process and add funds to your Shop Dollars account using a credit card.

Start a Laundry Machine

To start a machine using Transact eAccounts:

1. Add funds to your Shop Dollars account.
2. Swipe your 天美传媒 OneCard at the machine鈥檚 card reader.
3. Select your cycle.
4. Start the machine.

Low Balance

If your balance is too low, the machine will display an error. Reload your account and try again.

CleanPay is the app used to pay for laundry, view machine availability, receive cycle notifications, and submit service requests for broken machines.

Download the CleanPay App:

Set Up CleanPay App

1. Download the CleanPay app.
2. Scan the QR code located in your laundry room.
3. Create your account.
4. Add funds using a credit card.
5. Note: CleanPay app balances are non-refundable. Refund requests are only applicable in the event of a verifiable machine malfunction.

Scanning the QR code in your laundry room connects your account to the correct 天美传媒 laundry location.

Start a Laundry Machine

To start a laundry machine using CleanPay:

1. Open the CleanPay app.
2. Select your laundry room location.
3. Choose the machine you want to use.
4. Select your cycle.
5. Start the machine.
