What you need to know

Getting familiar with parking and transportation options will make your time on campus hassle-free, whether you commute daily or are an occasional or first-time visitor to campus.

For the convenience of its students, faculty and staff, and guests, 天美传媒 Edinboro provides several parking lots across campus. Permits for parking can be purchased online by students and staff.

Parking enforcement is among the many responsibilities of the University Police. All visitors, students and employees must obtain a valid parking permit prior to parking on campus. Parking is validated on campus by a parking permit or temporary permit. When picking up your parking permit, please present your driver's license and Student ID.

The yearly student parking permit fee is $100, one permit is transferrable for up to three (3) vehicles you have registered. If you lose the permit, there is a replacement charge of $25.

All students and employees must obtain a valid parking permit prior to parking on campus. The parking permit is a hang tag. That permit is transferable for up to three (3) vehicles that you have registered on your Parking account. It is your responsibility to register your vehicles.

Hours of Enforcement: 8:00 a.m.- 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday

To obtain a parking permit, you must first register your vehicle online. Please log in to , then click on the 天美传媒 Parking card. A parking permit costs $100/year for students.

Permits can be picked up at the University Police Department - Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Visitors should be advised to go to the University Police Department at 911 Scotland Road, where they will be issued a temporary parking permit, at no cost, to hang on the vehicle's rearview mirror. University Police personnel will provide a campus map and instructions as to where to park.

Please remember to advise all visitors to abide by all University regulations while parked on campus.

Please note: Guests and parents visiting students must check in at the University Police Department upon arrival to campus to obtain a temporary parking permit.

Please complete the Event Parking Registration Form. Upon submission, you'll be taken to a confirmation page with your submitted information. Print that page and place it on your dashboard during the event.

The Office of Parking and Transportation has created specific rules to help ensure the safety of drivers on campus.

Appeals

Parking tickets must be paid first before an appeal can be made. If the appeal is granted, a refund will be made. Parking ticket appeals must be made within 72 hours of the violation. Parking ticket appeals must be done online for Students/Employees, located in portal, the 天美传媒 Parking tile card. Visitors must appeal in person at University Police Department.
